Blogmas day 6- My favorite Christmas recepie!
Hey guys! It's Blogmas day 6, and it was about time to publish one of these posts. First, I love food. So, I wanted to share my favorite Christmas cookie recipe, so you can enjoy too!
Chocolate and Coca-Cola cupcakes:
Ingredients:
-200g of flour
-250g of powdered brown sugar
-1 and a half teaspoons of baking powder
-A pinch of salt
-1 big egg
-125ml of buttermilk
-1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
-125g of unsalted butter
-2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
-175ml of Coca-Cola
- 400g of sugar for dressing
-125g of soft butter
-1 and one and a half tablespoons of Cola syrup
-40ml of milk
-Gummy candy shaped like cola bottle for decorating
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 180 degrees and pan paper two molds of muffins with six mold. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. In a separate bowl, whip the eggs, butter and vanilla. Melt the butter, cocoa and cola in a pot with a handle at low temperature. To this mixture into the dry ingredients all mix well with a wooden spoon, then add the mixture with buttermilk and whisk until the batter is not well united. Pour into the prepared pan and bake for 15 minutes or until they rise, a toothpick that you dipped in them comes out clean. Set aside to cool. To make the dressing, whisk outer and sugar so that there are no more lumps. In a carafe mix Cola syrup and milk then pour it into a mixture of butter and sugar until lightly whisk. As soon as the combined increase the speed to maximum and whisk to not be easy and foamy.
Put the icing into the syringe for decoration with a spoon and squeeze it over the cooled muffins. Decorate the candy in the form of Coca -Cola.
